If the item you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay and give you an approximate shipping date. Please remember we are at the mercy of our publishers, and although most of them are very timely, sometimes there can be delays. If you need special rush shipping for an out of stock item, please let us know immediately so we can take care of it for you.

If you need to return an item purchased please send an e-mail telling s to expect it, wrap it carefully and send it to the address listed below. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on single copies of popular sheet music, and choral anthems.

The shipping cost for items ordered do not include overseas shipping. If you are ordering from outside the United States, we will e-mail you with prices and shipping options before shipping.

Finally, although we strive to be perfect, occasionally mistakes happen. If you receive an incorrect shipment of music, please let us know immediately. We will get the correct item on the way to you, and make arrangements for the return of the incorrect item at our expense.
